Manage the operations and maintenance of the Bank’s Market Data Feed infrastructure.

To be the first line technical support to diagnose faults with Market Data Feed vendors. Escalate and co-ordinate efforts for timely and effective resolution.
To review and improve the Market Data Feed infrastructure.
Manage service delivery of Market Data Feed vendors such as Reuters, Bloomberg.
Monitor and negotiate contracts with various Market Data Feed vendors.
To ensure that the administrative aspects for projects such as the proper documentation of payment invoices are well tracked and followed-up.

BEng or Dip in Electronic Engineering or Information Technology with 5 years or above of experience in Market Data Feed.
Good working knowledge of various financial trading systems and Market Data Feeds.
Good understanding of business aspects of Treasury and Securities operations.
Good communication skills to understand Bank users’ requirements and a can-do attitude.
Good administrative skills to ensure compliance to processes and project specifications are well documented.
