Skills and knowledge

The key capabilities required for differentiated performance in the role are :

SBA – strong product knowledge in equity derivatives and convertible bonds, secondary loans and agency as well as strong analytical skills, Sophis & ACBS system knowledge is essential.

STA – strong system architecture experiences, database administration (Oracle), server operations, application analytical skills and technical skill set on SOA, XML, MQ.

AS – strong analytical skills and product knowledge is essential, Sophis & ACBS

AD – strong analytical skills and development in C++, .NET compatible, XML, SOA, MQ.

Key Result Areas – The key value drivers of the role

SBA is to understand the business requirements front to back and provide Sophis & ACBS applications support. This role will also involve vendor engagement/management with Sophis & ACBS.

STA is to provide technical support by liaising with the infrastructure on the servers, network, market data feeds, interfaces, test environment, etc.. The STA should also be able to stand in for the SBA in his/her absence.

AS provides support to Sophis & ACBS for all key users of the system.

AD role covers developing MIS, responsible for the interfaces links enhancements, API links, etc.
