Application Analyst/Programmer (Treasury IT area)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide application support and assist in the development of the Treasury Systems.
- Provide support to Systems Development Lifecycle processes for application projects/enhancements
- Participate in user requirement gatherings for system customization/enhancements needs
- Perform system requirement analysis and effort estimation of change request
- Prepare functional and program specifications
- Code, test and completes the documentation for programs according to standards and specifications
- Perform unit testing, system integration and assist in user acceptance testing
- Provide production support after implementation
Requirements :
- University degree or Diploma in IT
- 4 to 6 years of working experience in application development and /or systems implementation
- Must have a good working knowledge on SQL, Java, C++, UNIX script, and RDBMS
- Conversant with UNIX and PC platforms
- Business knowledge in treasury or Treasury application systems is preferred
- Good understanding of project development process
- Possess initiative, drive, and ability to work independently and be a good team player
- Experienced in Murex, Kondor +, Opics & Matrix and/or other Treasury related systems would be advantageous
Reporting to:
- China IT Head/Apps Lead post project –implementation
- Additionally, to the Team Lead (Singapore) during project (approx 6 months)
Initial Assignment :
The candidate will be assigned to the SG office for the first six months (approx), to be part of the Treasury Project Implementation team
(Note that technical pre–requisites are essential and candidates with treasury domain knowledge would have added advantage)
