Roles and Responsibilities :
(Computer Operations)
- Provide 24x7 system batch operations according to established procedures*
- Support Ad–hoc Requests – Restore, Jobs, Control-ID
- Tandem System Resource Configurations – Channels, EDC, etc
- Manage Production Problems
- Track, Review, Escalation & Prioritization
- Provide Statistical Analysis
- Root Cause Analysis and Prevention
- Online monitoring and escalation
- Batch job tracking and measurement
- Support DR exercise
