Production Support Officers
Roles & Responsibilities (Production Support)
- Daily Job Scheduling & Review of Batch & System Logs
- configure Control–M
- configure Tandem Multi–batch
- Implement new production jobs scheduling
- new application projects and enhancements
- Review batch processing performance, streamlining and automation
Requirements :
- Meticulous & Ability to work independently
- Ability to pick up IT skills, eg AS400, Wintel, Unix & Tandem (knowledge of the operating environment will be an adavantage)
- Good communication skills and able to interact with people at various levels
- Patient and helpful service attitude
- Excellent analytical skills
- Pleasant disposition, hardworking, a sense of urgency and willingness to learn
Shift Hours
0801hrs to 1600hrs – Morning Shift
1601hrs to 2245hrs – Afternoon Shift
2246hrs to 0800hrs – Night Shift
