REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Responsibilities
- Generate, develop and close sales opportunities
- Generate plan to ensure broad penetration into the large accounts within the Asia Pacific Region including China
- Understand customer requirements on both business and technical level
- Play a supporting role in presales
- Develop effective strategies for winning in a competitive environment
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements
- Degree preferably in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Communications or other related discipline
- At least five years of sales experience in retail banking. Preference will be given to candidates with regional experience within the banking sector as well as global account management experience
- Strong IT knowledge and familiar with RFP/RFI
- Must be aggressive, analytical, confident, independent and tenacious
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Must be bilingual in both English and Mandarin
- Frequent travel (about 60% to 70%)
